Little Feet is presently Arrowtown School’s main fundraiser and in 2003 raised $53,000.00 towards building the school hall. This year Arrowtown School is raising funds for a Fitness Course at the school. It is envisaged that senior students and the community at large will have access to this wonderful facility. As the cost to purchase and erect this is substantial the Arrowtown School PTA have agreed to reactivate, manage and market the Little Feet Fundraiser for the second time.

The concept of Little Feet 2005 is that a parcel of grapes sufficient for a barrel -full of wine is harvested from Amisfield Wine Company and foot crushed by children of Arrowtown School. (Completed and televised in NZ on 15th & 16th April) That wine is then fermented and the wine is donated to the School's Little Feet project for the purpose of auctioning under the Little Feet label.

Arrowtown School students play a huge part of this fundraiser and have: 

• Harvested and foot crushed the Pinot Noir grapes from Amisfield Vineyard on the 15th of April 
• Designed the wine labels, posters and invitations Student Art 2005 Their artworks were chosen and digitised by Darryl Jones of Dezign Limited. The originals go up for exhibition and are then auctioned with their corresponding label on the Little Feet Pinot Noir. The art theme for this year was “My Dream Playground”.
• Senior students are producing a short documentary film on the wine industry with the assistance of Julian Grimmond of Mountain Film Unit to be premiered at the auction evening. 
• Senior extension writing students are writing and recording advertisements for the auctions to go to air on Q92FM from the 12th of September.
